63% of Online Shoppers in South Africa Were Very Satisfied With the Speedy Delivery, 2017 | Effective Measure

46% of shoppers surveyed in South Africa have shopped online. 66% of those online shoppers are shopping at most once every 3 months, while only 6% shop online at least once a week.

34% of them received their last online purchase item instantly and their purchased items are likely to be digital products or services such as eBooks. 22% received their last online purchase item within 1-2 working days and also 22% received their last item within 3-5 working days.

63% of them were very satisfied with their last purchase item’s speed of delivery and 25% were fairly satisfied, while only 6% were fairly or very dissatisfied with their last purchase item’s speed of delivery.
