Mobile responsive design and automated campaigns lagged behind most effective email practices with rates 28% and 27% respectively.

In contrast, list data segmentation is considered as the most difficult email marketing tactic by 37% of marketing influencers, followed by meaningful call-to-action with a rate of 35%.
